How are matches ranked?
Weighted score (0-100) across budget fit (50pt), program style overlap (30pt), and hours match (20pt). Premium providers get a 1-3pt tie-breaker boost. Score ≥ 50 is "strong match"; 30-49 shows as "also worth considering".
